Is it worth it to replace shocks on a DD Rubicon? I will not lift my jeep because I don’t need any extra ground clearance. The question is if Falcon or Fox shocks will provide an improvement in either confort or handling vs the stock shocks. Hopefully some of you that have kept the original springs but replaced shocks can throw some light. From the marketing publications it sounds like Falcon is the way to go, but I want the opinion of the fellow keepers, specially the ones that use their Jeep as DD and lots of hwy miles.
Thanks.

I’m going to bet the stock shocks are going to be best for commuting comfort. But I could be proven wrong.

I prefer the handling and control that the Falcons have over stock. They make a version for o -1.5”s of lift. They are longer travel and give you more droop. They will not bottom out using your factory bumpstops.

Thanks TJEli. The question is do you prefer the handling and control over the stock on the road as well as off road?
