Best Service Department? - Central Connecticut

Taking delivery of my new 2021 Rubicon Unlimited this week (purchased out-of-state). I'm looking for the best Jeep service department in the Central Connecticut area...any forum members out there with experiences to share, either good or bad?

3 closest dealers to me:

1. Gengras - East Hartford
2. Papa's - New Britain
3. Crowley - Bristol

Service is only as good as the service writer and the tech that's wanting to work.

But I've had good service from Papa's in New Britain in the past.

Absoluetley! I've been living off other people's pics for the last month or so, amazing how that helped and got me through the waiting period. I plan to do the same once I take delievery.

I appreciate you weighing in on the service question...that's 1-vote for Papa's!
