Best hoop for OEM Steel Bumper on Rubi & Winch Mount Question

I'm finding tons of aftermarket hoops, but none that say they fit the Rubicon Factory Steel Bumper, if you know of a place to buy them online, please help me out with a link.

Also, will I need a winch plate to install my Rough Country 9500S on the factory Steel Bumper?

Maximus 3 makes some nice hoops and a stinger that fit the JL steel bumper. They also make winch plates and recovery points, I own a stinger and winch plate and like both.

Yes you will need a winch plate to go behind the factory bumper but they aren’t to expensive.

I don’t really like any of the hoops out there.

Instead, I went with the Maximus-3 auxiliary light bracket to mount my off-road lights. It looks much cleaner IMO.

This is the Maximus-3 auxiliary lights bracket ($65). Bolts right onto the middle of the bumper.

I am running Maximus-3 winch plate. When I ordered there was no lead time really and received it within 2 or so weeks. I was going to go with Grimm Offroad but did not want to wait. Looks like it is still the same situation now.

I have the Maximus-3 SLP bull bar, and the optional chassis reinforcement brackets. Amazing fit and finish. Great match to the color and texture of the mopar steel bumper. It's also reversible, if you prefer it more upright and slightly leaned back vs leaned forward. The best part, in my opinion, is that it's made with 2.5" tubing instead of the typical 2". The larger diameter is more proportionate to the overall look of the Jeep.

I just ordered it today, the reviews make it sound like it was a pretty easy installation. I'll report back in a week or so when I've gotten it (and my Jeep) and let you know.
