Best axle back muffler that's closest to stock sound?

I love the look of two black pipes I've seen on some builds, but I don't need to let the neighbors the retiree is cruising again...

A slightly deeper tone is ok, I just hate to hear my muffler at idle.

Anyone have/know a good brand (I'm willing to spend on my toys) that fits my description?

Love my Magnaflow, looks great, excellent build quality and only really wakes up when you get on the gas, otherwise it's very mellow IMO.

Check out the Borla Touring model. The note is deeper than stock at start up and idle, under hard acceleration you hear it, and no drone when cruising. Personally, this is how the stock exhaust should sound.

I agree went through 3 setups and this one sounds great even with the top off and doesn’t drone your ears til they bleed

Which other two did you try? I have the axle back version but I’ll change to the hi-tuck/clearance one at some point.

i tried afe and magnaflow both droned like crazy compared to the borla touring

MBRP is quiet. (almost too quiet for my liking ) and about the most affordable as well. had mine on for almost 42000 miles and its been great.
