So, dealership was attempting to fix an upper oil pan leak and had my Jeep almost three weeks. A bolt broke and they had to replace the rear main seal. I just got it back and this is what I’ve found. Are bolts missing on the passenger side from Transmission to Engine. Also, grommet is missing but I can feel it in there.

Checked one on the lot and no bolts. However, I’m missing my skid plates underneath for transmission and transfer case. Anyone got any pictures under their JLUR so I can compare? They had an islander on the lot and it has a bunch of plates under it that mine doesn’t. Window Sticker suggests I have transfer case and transmission skid plates.

Yes under warranty, but I trust the dealership as far as I can throw them.

Yeah you definitely should have skid plates for those, every trim level should.

There are bolts there that thread in from the front to the back. Bolt heads should be visible on the engine (front) side of this area. Just looked at mine.

I definitely understand the distrust in the dealership. It's a deserved response.
