Did the recall Y46 for high voltage cable and also got RRT updates.
Drove home and parked in garage. 2 days later try to start. To go out camping
12v battery dead. Only 1 volt.
Something in update must have gone wrong and discharged the 12volt

Had to call roadside assistance which came after 2hours. Promised was 45 min
In Los Angeles. Not out in a Forrest luckily which was the plan.

Jumpstart the 12volt.
Driving back to service I find more bugs.

Check engine is on
Climate control on LO temperature and not reacting to any button
Fan not working
Unconnected 8.4 screen different look and half the icons are missing

Not what you want to experience from updates.

Reading other threads it seems others have better luck with their updates.
Anyone else getting discharged 12Volt battery?

At service place they immediately take the car. On a saturday
But on weekends they have no loaners..
Will get a call Monday with what they can offer

Really?? A service job go bad and makes car not usable.
Who dare drive anywhere and battery go flat again. And no climate control working. In California

@JeepCares May want look at if this is the image they want.
No loaner cars when service goes wrong.

My nice service advisor also told me no managers are on site either so we could not solve the loaner issue. Took a Uber home
Not her fault though.
