Yes, it is the same as @Rhinebeck01 mentioned. The N3 is in an array on the engine side of the PDC. That array includes all of the N fuses, terrible design. There is no visual way to tell, an no warning when it is initially popped.
If all that happens is that the aux battery is dead or dying, there is no warning light, just a message in the info screen on the dash that says start stop not ready, battery charging.
Both batteries should be changed anytime one goes bad. The best thing to do is to eliminate the aux from the system.
