We do not, and while they seem pretty accurate, we want to test at an actual track.

I will say, I didn't buy mine thinking too much about things like 1/4 mile times, but I will be curious nonetheless to see if the new Recon version is even faster with it's 456 gearing and increased 110 mph speed limiter.

Thinking the new gearing will make up for an increase in rotating mass, and maybe then some, since it's big jump from what they have now, (373 I think? Don't quote me on that.) And I believe I've seen at least a couple times that people have mentioned hitting the 99 mph limiter just before crossing the line, and claiming it would be an even faster time had they not. The results of the two changes together should be interesting.

A little update from the track last week, only 1 pass, didn't try too hard, and the weather was horrible, but still the quickest and fastest 392, so we will take it!

this was using the factory launch mode, and the only pass that we made. It was in-between working on the paying jobs, to just see what it would do, and was on a completely unprepped surface as to not ruin the track for the important cars. a more aggressive launch, and some seat time, and I think it would see an even better number!

This is the only one we haven't decided if we will do it or not. We have the capability, but to emissions certify one is about 85k, and we just don't think the market will ever give a pay back at that price. so it's unlikely we will do so. but you never know.

Yes, Off-Road+, hold the foot brake, quickly jab the gas pedal to about 1/3ish range, and it hold it there. It activates a launch mode for it.

Don’t look at this thread too hard. Here in Commifornia where we live they just changed the law so you now flunk the smog test simply for having a tune, even if you PASS the tailpipe test.
