For clarification, these were on your vehicle for 6 months/200 miles?

Also, an I correct in my understanding that the only difference between wide cornering, driving/combo, work/scene, and spot lights are the $15 interchangeable lenses?

Yes, on my FJ40 in my avatar for 6 months and in those six months they've gone 200 miles with being used maybe 5 times. So practically new.

With regards to the lenses, I know for a fact the difference in spot, driving/combo and wide cornering is the change of a lens. I cant speak to the work/scene. To change the lens, you remove the 4 allen keyed screws and change out the lens. Takes about 2 minutes.

Driving/combo: the lens for the top two LEDs are clear and diffused on the bottom.
Spot: the lens for all four LEDs are clear
Wide Cornering: the lens for all four LEDs are diffused.
