Badges on backorder

We recently did two BOH trails in Windrock park and checked in and got badges on order, however I got an email that said the badges were on backorder. Does anyone know how long until they expect them to come in?
We did both trails Sept 27th.

The entire point of the BOH program is to enhance customer engagement. And jeep can’t keep badges in stock? It’s not like they are shipping a transmission through the port of LA….. 50,000 badges would fit in a couple of suitcases and shipped via FedEx.

I was there in July. They said it would take 8 weeks to receive all 3 of my badges. I received them in a little over a week.

Got the same backorder email recently for a different trail. Reckon it will be awhile if they’re made in China.

My Peter's Mill Run VA badge has been on backorder for a month. Others have shown up in a week or so for me.

I got some from EJS in Moab this year, Had most in 3 weeks. Elephant Hill took months. I recently did the Wyoming trail. Got the badge in about 2 weeks.

I have received some badges in 2 weeks. However, for the "Back Way to Crown King", it took 2 phone calls, 4 follow up emails and 6 months. But I got it!

I got my badges about a month ago from trails I did during EJS. I've had others ship out within a couple days. Its a fun program and I'm happy Jeep is doing it, but I dont get too worked up over them not being shipped out right away.
