Badge lost in shipment

I had a BOH lost in shipment. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how did you go about getting the badge replaced?

You might just have to write that one off. I haven't had any lost in shipment but I've had some just never show up. Emailing them doesn't seem to help. Good luck.

there was a statement about this in august on the app to email [email protected] and you have to use the email address that the account is registered under.

Anyone actually received a response from that email address? I have a feeling there is no one on the other end.

Sucks as its such a cool program. My guess is they have their spam filters too high and messages may be filtered out. Have to deal with that a lot, its a fine line of a valid email and spam.

Nope and agree despite the new vendor being MUCH better. I can only imagine the mess they inherited. Free program so I didn’t mind buying two that never shipped off fleaBay.

Which one you missing, OP? Wonder if there’s a correlation.

How big are these things anyway? In inches? You can tell I don't have any yet ;-)... I'm waiting for my first 3 and trying to figure out where to put them - or just hang em' from the mirror like dog tags. Are they metal? Plastic?

They are 3" by 1.5"
