Backup and Front (Trailcam) issues

My backup camera started showing the attached messed up image yesterday. It shows an active video image; however I am not able to select the Jeep OEM front "trailcam" by touching the screen. Also, I am not able to select the front camera from with the apps screen. It just beeps when I select it. I do have a Taser mini. I have done several Taser reboots and full reboots as well as disconnected the negative terminal for 30 minutes. None of these have resolved the issues. Any thoughts?

For others if you run in to this. It was actually a Tazer mini issue. I unmarried the Tazer mini did the full reboot and 2x power cycles. It cleared up. Remarried the Tazer, reset the Tazer settings and all is working well. Which is good because my dealers are scheduling 3 weeks out.
