Hello there I’ll be updating my build here, started it a few months ago so I’m playing catch up.

Going for an overlander/offroad build, i enjoy building custom things so expect a lot of one of accessories/solutions. I live in the Portland area so I’ll do most of my exploring around the PNW/Utah/California for now.

Voswitch JL300 installed!!

this was a fun install, instructions were great and it came with everything needed minus some heat shrink and wire loom to make it clean.

yes I know I put two fridge stickers on, it’s been replaced

Custom over landing drawer system complete!!

3/4” and 1/2” plywood some 250lb locking drawer slides, attached to rear set supports for stability but it’s heavy so it doesn’t move much. I wanted storage but also a way to cook on the road and paying for a setup was way too expensive to fit my needs so I designed and built it myself.

I plan on covering the outside with interior carpet to match the Jeep’s interior as a theft deterrent and also for a cleaner look.

Grill painted (plastidip) and installed rough country pod lights

Finally got my tires in after a month and a half back order! Thank you to @Discount Tire for the awesome deal and helping me track down these tires which are impossible to find right now I guess.

Got the Rock Krawler 2.5 No Limit flex kit installed over the weekend and took it on a shakedown run. Small rubbing on the rear but nothing a heat gun and some bending can’t fix.

Performed amazing on the trail.

Added a badlands winch, Baja Designs squadron combo lights and Rival Stubby aluminum bumper.

Really happy with the quality of the Rival
bumper. It was easy to install and the instructions were decent.

Been a LOOOONNG time since i updated this...

I added the matching rear @Rival 4x4 rear bumper....i LOVE it. Super easy to install, their instructions are top notch.

Added the @Rival 4x4 tailgate table, love the lightweight aluminum design. No noise down the trail its SUPER SOLID.

Been a while so I redesigned the back drawer system to include a fridge slide, lost some storage/stove slide but I have the Rival4x4 tailgate table so I should be ok.

I started by removing all the carpet/cover and accessory rails so that I could mount the drawers straight to the tub with the accessory rail threads. Had to trim a little plastic so the drawers would sit flat on the tub and the bolts would reach (folded the carpet to the sides)

Once I got it all bolted in I cut away the area that would be open for the fridge and modified the old camp stove slide to fix the fridge.

added the old accessory rail hooks to the drawer on the front and back to hold the fridge (I’ll replace the bungie cords with cam strap later)

pretty happy how it turned out and it cost me nothing which is always bonus points with the CFO.

as a bonus I have access to the Jack storage area which was lost previously.
