I swapped Rubicon axles into my sport. Nothing too difficult pretty straight forward. I bought the factory wiring harnesses (about $45 each) and used a VO Switch for the relay/switch to control them. Then I paid to re-gear to 5.13. You will need a longer tie rod for a Rubicon, and I recommend a drag link as well although you can make the stock one work.
