Axle locker service on 2018 JLUR. Lockers are not working.

My lockers on my 2018 JLUR stopped working. We were towing our trailer back from our trip to northern CA. When the dash warning lights on the lockers were flashing like the lockers were inhaling. Then they just said to service axle lockers. Does anyone know what’s going on ?

The locker sensor could be filled with gear oil. Search tread for potting lockers. Common issue with early JL rubi.
