Has anyone installed these into their Jeep?

I already have the auxiliary switches (factory installed) but I have zero experience with electrical work in a vehicle. There are zero instructions with the lights.

I'm not even sure where to start. Anyone out there willing to provide some guidance? Am I trying to tackle too much? I've installed plenty of non-electrical mods (tube doors, grille insert, fuel door, console safe, soft top, etc.), but I am out of my comfort zone here.

I'm putting them in for my wife, as I'm not sure I really want them. But I also know there is an auxiliary switch to turn them off ;)

I've wired up 12V LED strips like these before, it's just finding the hot for your aux switch(if that's what you want, lots of posts about these) or finding the same hot 12v that lights up the existing interior lights.
The ground post in the footwell is also covered in those posts about the aux wiring.
A 12V probe light is a good start, Harbor Freight or any auto parts store. It's a needle/light on one end and ground clamp on the other, gentle pressure into a wire will light the bulb.
Upgraded models just clamp to battery this-red for power green for ground, clamps to battery.

A wire crimp kit with taps will get you power to the lights.

If you are unsure you even want anything like this, I would get something like this and see if you like it.

You can wire this in permanently later if you like.

Hope that helps. This is a small job but just check, re-check,and think a couple of moves ahead when you're wiring. You don't want it messy, but still leave yourself some room to re-cut/crimp later on. You can tie up loose wire with zip ties. Or make friends with an electrical guy and bring a 6 pack, you'll be done in no time.

Despite their claims that "Yes! this will fit a 2019 Wrangler!" those are just universal I'm thinking. They should say "Yes! Will fit any vehicle with 12V electrical system!"

Ground the black, power the red. Make sure your red is fused, which it should be thru the factory aux switches I'd hope.

Done.

The trickier part is whether you wanna have the switch only work with ignition/accy or hot all the time. For the latter it could be easy to forget and drain your battery. Personally I'd want 'em wired into door switch/dome light. I bought some similar strips on clearance at WM to install in the footwells of my F150, but I'm either too busy or too lazy to do it as of yet...
