Available for stock steel bumper?

Not sure exactly what this is called (fuel can carrier, jerry can holder, etc) but my key words don’t come up with any search results on here.
Anyways does anyone know if this type of mount or similar or anything are available for the stock rubicon steel bumpers? I only see them as part of third party bumper/tire carriers. And not sure of what it is actually called.

They are typically called tire carriers (since on top of the jerry can, shovel, etc. the tire mounts on it) They are usually built onto aftermarket bumpers.

PoisonSpyder sells their's separate. And for the JK advertised it as working with the stock bumper. While they don't specifically say the JL version works with stock bumper, I imagine it would, You'd just have to cut a hole in the top of your bumper for it to stick through
