Auxillary switches temporarily unavailable due to battery charging

So the wife dropped it at the dealer, it was covered it under warranty, but really they had no explanation other than both batteries failed test load....replaced both batteries, BBAUX101AA and BBH7A001AA

My voltage always reads 14.0-14.4. But start/stop always works. Have always wondered if this is an issue. Seems the higher voltage reading means the alternator is always working, correct?

re voltage....I checked today, it was at 13.8, but not sure what the norm is.
