Auxbeam problems

Does anyone have a number or email for Auxbeam?

I need to replace brackets and their customer service department has been rude, wired and bizarre. They’ve told me no and when I replied that I can’t mount the lights without replacement brackets The customer service person is asking me to send her my ID. The number in the emails is going to a line that doesn’t accept calls etc. etc.

This all feels really weird!

Chinese company... you get what you pay for I guess. I checked their return policy and it doesn't sound very favorable to the customer. No phone number on the website either. Big red flag.
