I've loss all power to the Aux Switch Panel. All switches 1-4 = no power.
I've pulled and looked at F72, F92, F93. I've pulled and re-plugged in K17 & K 18.
I still get nothing.
So I looked at Post N4 and there's no bolt and no wire? Did my Wire drop? It's a different look than the other post. Can someone look at your N4 and let me know what you see? My pic is attached. I'm just wondering before I start climbing underneath with a new knee.

FYI - I had a shop install Well Lights AUX 2 and the glow of Baja Design 6's set to Aux 1. I have lost power previously to these and regained power for unknown reasons.

The reason I asked is because the Aux that you buy from Mopar and you add after factory build, has a 5 amp fuse on it and if that fuse blows, none of the switches will work. I do not think/I'm not sure.... if the factory installed Aux has such a fuse..

When whomever fooled with your Aux... installed those mentioned lights, etc., did they happen to be pushing wire through the grommet in the passenger side firewall?

@parbo

I'm not the OP, so not sure if it is the remedy..

My guess is it is..

OP, reported intermittent Aux switches going out and now all are out... Sure looks like that TSB is the fix. We will see what OP, says..

My aux switches have lost all power. The lights do not come on and they do not function. The service bulletin is not the issue, the switches are snapped together well. The fuses are all good. The batter is new and reading greater than 12 volts. Any other thing I should look at before purchasing new switches? Does anyone know what voltage should be on the wires in the plug? Thanks

Sorry for digging up an old thread here - I just finished the install of my AUX switches per MOPARs instructions, wiring done exactly as described, had my dealer flash/add to uconnect and I have ZERO power to the switch bank. I checked the TSB issue mentioned and all is good there - You mention a 5 amp fuse on the kit from Mopar - where is that fuse located, I don't remember seeing one anywhere.

Thanks in advance for any help!

The fuse is on the same wire bundle as the other fuses, just further down towards the passenger side. You should have 5 fuses. I haven't looked yet, but I believe it is the line from the bundle leading to the battery.

It also wouldn't hurt to double check your orange wire connections.

This fuse is exactly what my issue was. I checked all pin connections, checked the switch seating, and then finally found the 5 amp fuse and it was blown - I must have tapped something with a wire when installing. Appreciate the feedback! Cheers!
