Appreciate any advice on the below…
I recently took my car for its regular oil change. The day I come out of the service, I notice that my car is randomly struggling to start (this was not happening prior). Then came the dreaded moment it wouldn’t start and it needed a jump.
Then came the most odd part, I was sitting at the lights and my car stopped because of the auto stop/start…but then it died on start up and took a few times before the car would start…. The check engine light came on and was on for about 2 days and now it’s off. I am assuming this has something to do with the auto stop/start but I’m no mechanic and have no clue.
Any guidance? Could the auto stop/start be effecting my starter or battery causing it to die at the lights?
