Audio cutting in and out

Can't say! Although the dealer should be able to tell you if your system is up to date, in my case it's not...

Weird thing tho this week the issue barely happened at all, I'm currently on my 4th day without the issue occurring at all. Especially weird since my system doesn't update itself and the dealer was not able to update it.

I went two days in a row without the issue but last night on my way home it happened again. I tbink I made it 5 starts in a row without it happening!

This just happened to me for the first time. 2018 JLUR with 4,854 miles. It finally stopped after several restarts and driving ~5 minutes.

Weird, in ACC mode the issue goes away for me(atleast today it did)....never noticed that. But when I restart and put it in drive it started again

Yes... Same here....

On one of the Facebook pages another person states he took it in to service and they hard reset his Uconnect and now no problems.

I have managed to reset it for when it happens (and you have time on your hand)... You can remove the F11 and the F97 and wait for 2-5 min. Then put the fuses back and start the Jeep again. It restated the entire Uconnect system, meaning I had no more Satellite radio and backup camera but I went to the grocery store (5 min drive) and parked there, took me about 5-10 min to do my groceries and when I came back to the Jeep everything was working as it's supposed to ...
