The warranty and FYI answers has text that “If you must modify or cut Armorlite flooring in any way to fit with your aftermarket additions, the warranty will be voided”. But the text for warranty is more vague “damage resulting from product modifications;”

Is it voided by cutting out for the objects marked that are factory? So Does this exclude cuts made to conform to factory subwoofer in JK or tie downs?

Nope cutting on the lines for the oem subwoofer locations and tie downs does not effect the warranty.

Mainly what we are looking at is when people cut it to fit because they didn't follow the instructions for the install, or they cut to fit a roll cage.

We stand behind our product and if you use it for all the things a Jeep should be used for our warranty will protect you. The main point here is we so over engineered it, we aren't worried about having to warranty it, but if it wears out for some reason for the life of your ownership, we will replace it.
