Arizona / Phoenix Metro Area Wheels Tire Lift - Best shops?

All, I'm in the market for wheels and tires and a lift soon. Any advice in good local vendors (I'm in Chandler, but will drive to the best spot). Looking for as budget friendly as possible. I'm an occasional off-roader and this is my first Jeep so I don't need the best of the best lift kit, but also don't want to waste my hard earned cash. Need a trustworthy shop which won't try to take advantage of my ignorance.

I'm in a 2018 black rubicon.

For wheels and tires, I used Wheel Specialists, Inc. 701 S. Perry Lane in Tempe; phone: 480-968-1314. They may not be the least expensive, but they know wheels and tires. For mods, Outlaw Jeep at 7950 E. Redfield Rd. Scottsdale; phone 480-787-6687 has great reviews in Yelp. Hope this helps.
