They look like Sport flares. You cant really fix those scratches. Those look like they were handled rough when they were pulled off.

I can’t believe how many perfectly good parts are pulled off of vehicles, then thrown around or handled and stored poorly. Then they wonder why no one will buy them. If it’s treated like “stock junk” then just give it away.
