Are my Rear seat retainer bolts upside down?

Wondering if two of my rear seat bolts (viewable from the cargo area) are installed upside down or if this is the way they are supposed to be. One of the bolts (thumb pointing to in pic) is installed with the bolt head inside the Jeep (with the corresponding nut on the bottom side of the floor) which looks like I would expect it to be. But with two of the other bolts (finger pointing to one in pic) the threaded ends are sticking up inside the Jeep (with corresponding bolt end under the floor) - which seems like it may have been installed upside down.
So my question is, is the installation correct or are these upside down?

Mine are the same as in your pictures. Seems normal to me.

Not specifically familiar with these, but sometimes things like this are done in a vehicle to assist in the ease of assembly.

I was just about to get that (went with the Mopar version). But it had great reviews. You like it?

I just got it a few days ago and so far so good. It’s not a 100% perfect fit but I think worth it for the price of ~$60. Like some of the reviews mention, the back is slick so it may slide a little bit although I haven’t had that problem so far. Just ordered some traction pads for the bottom of shoes to stick on the back just in case it does start to slide around.
