Brought my Jeep in today for its first service appointment at Tyson motors in shorewood IL. No complaints...they were nice, text me with updates, had coffee, shuttle service and got the V41 installed correctly.

Just like any other brand. There are good dealerships and bad dealerships depending on local management. For local work, you can ask around. When traveling it’s a bit more difficult, might try Google.

That is why I buy local, my local CDJR is great, free loaner on any service, 100/hr labor, and since I have bought 4 new cars from them, take care of me on warranty and anything I dont want to get into. Dont blame any business who prioritize good customers. If you bought the car there would think you get priority over someone who did not, that is just smart business.

Buy from one of the large mega dealers at your own peril. Most of the service sucks since your a number.

The two dealers near me are both horrible, they refuse to do warranty work on my Jeep. Although, once out of warranty I’m sure they’ll be much nicer.
