Are any of the "spare" fuse slots powered?

I am hoping someone knows if any of the empty slots in the fuse box marked as "spare" have power to them; specifically switched power?

Google for "add a circuit fuse tap adapter", and you can find different lengths of wire and different size fuse adapters for sale online, besides what's at Autozone:

i just used one of these to hook up a wreath to my wife's jeep, simple, clean and easy but i'm not sure if i'd use it for a long term power solution. it'd be a pretty easy way to trigger a relay too.

Yeah, a fuse tap is gonna be used regardless. I was just hoping for a dedicated circuit.
