Are Affiliate Rewards (AR) numbers verified?

I can get a control number from a family member. Do I need to show a pay stub for proof that I can use the number? If so, it won't work. I may just pay for TL to save the headache. Anyone use an AR# that was "gifted" to them? Thanks!

I did, yes. You have to be the employee or spouse of an employee.

Check the affiliate list, you'd be surprised how many companies participate. My company itself wasn't but our holding company was and that was good enough

Yes, you have to show proof. The dealership will verify it. If they find that you fraudulently used a code the dealership will send you a bill for the discount. I had to sign a form agreeing to this.

Good move, it really is a great cause. TL is 1%-under invoice but it's really 2%-under invoice. 1% for the dealer and 1% for you.
