Nothing wrong with the brackets at all. They are very well made and look like a major manufacturer made.
I have always had my ARB's outside under the hood. My JL has electric lockers, so was thinking it will be limited use ( just air for tires or tools).After buying ( before I had my JL ) I just knew I wanted the compressor under the hood. I had my TJ break a seal and flooded the ARB with gear oil everywhere. No way would I have a compressor inside a Jeep...... Well, this one is my first with E-lockers. So, no gear oil should ever get inside the Jeep. Going to try an inside mount. I'm sure after I get it mount and used, I'll probably call Jim again......
