I only needed 1.25" to clear the OEM wheels on a narrow axle. Was able to heat and mold the OEM inner fender as well. Just wanted to remind everyone you don't need 1.5" to clear.

I have not read this whole thread, but thought to share a recent email exchange with the company. I asked about the fit of an 8" for a stock 2024 Willys.
Response:
"If you are installing the autoLYNX with stock wheels on stock Willys axles you will need to run 1.5" wheel spacers in the front or else your tires will rub on the autoLYNX when turned full lock. Either that or purchase aftermarket wheels with 4.5" backspacing."
I followed up:
"Are you taking into account that the stock 2024 Willys has the wider Rubicon axles? Do I still need the spacers?"
Response:
"If it has the wider axles then you don’t need to run wheel spacers."

And a question for here (since we're here): Is it safe to assume that, as the 2024 Willys has the Rubicon fenders, there will be no need to cut into anything for clearance?
It has more to do with clearing the inner fender liner, not so much the fender itself.
