I’m not sure if i am supposed to take this thread seriously. Jeep is like a professional auto manufacturer. They warrant their vehicles to work without issue for at least 36,000 miles. So if anyone has more ham 40,000 miles without issue than i would be interested. Otherwise this should be expected.

I supposed someone could have driven 4500 miles a month, I'd be impressed though.

6800 miles now and the only issue is the cruise control recall, which is being handled today, and my 7" uConnect sucking with Carplay navigation.

I say phooey on you, when someone says / claims "zero" issues with the JL or any other new vehicle.

You may be oblivious to an issue or the issue may be slight and you dealt with it easily yourself but again, they all have something.

So is it an Issue if you don't even notice it or isn't causing problems?

@Sean L

You can play with the wording, etc. all you want. NO vehicle comes off the assembly line without a problem.

To me even a small rattle, creak or whatever is a problem I address. No, I don't come here and post a thread and spew lemon law, etc., but I do address the problem. No one has "zero" problems. Again, they could be oblivious to them or disregard them but they have them.

So maybe we should define the term as it applies to the thread.

How about: A mechanical defect or breakage that prohibits the vehicle from functioning within its intended parameters and requires parts replacement/repair or reprogramming of electronic controls in order to remedy the situation.

This eliminates little creaks and things most people don't notice, user error and components that function normally but people just don;t like. (ESS for some, Hill start assist for me)

4,000 with very little off road, no issues. Not sure of the build date but I purchased it off the lot in July.

10,500 miles. I had the steering wheel recall resolved by the dealer. I also had a clicking in my ball joints which was corrected by torquing to proper spec.

Otherwise trouble free which includes a 3,000 mile road trip back home to Toledo to visit family through 10 states. 2 trips to Ouray. Did Devils Canyon after driving up to 12k feet to Summit Lake with the tops off. Thing has been nothing but a beast.

Quick informal survey on FCA quality control. Who has driven over 6000 miles and have had absolutely zero problems? I mean no problems what so ever.

What model?
What engine?
What transmission?
How many miles?
Build date?
Have 6500 miles from july 1st. Only issue is bugs on windshield. Rocks from tires and a volume issue that will be brought up to dealer at next oil change.
