I am planning on running the EVO 2 1/2” lift with King shocks, stage 3, with 37” tires on my JL Rubicon Unlimited.
How is the ride with the King Shocks? Are they worth the expense? Are there any major rubbing issues?

What did you end up going with? I'm thinking about the evo 2.5 as well.

I had EVO install there 2.5" JL Enforcer Overland Suspension, Stage 3 with EVO spec King 2.5" stocks. They also installed Toyo RT 37x12.5x17 with 17x9 XD-128 Wheels... Love it, rides better than stock. No rubbing. However I have not taken it off road yet. Many thanks to Mel and Lisa at EVO

Looking at doing a very similar setup. How tall is your JL with this setup? I need to clear my garage door.

Overall height of jeep is 77 inches and has plenty of clearance with a standard 7 foot garage door opening

As far as cost.... well there are definitely less expensive options. I had EVO tweak the front end, add a steering stabilizer and exhaust. It's probably best if you contact EVO (Mel or Lisa) and get a quote on your particular build.

Do you have to drop the control arms for greasing them? I am looking at the same set up. Are the king shocks worth the price? Are yours adjustable? Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to do it right the first time. Ha!

RLW007... You do need to drop the arms because the grease fitting is on the topside of the arm end. The king shock reservoirs have the red adjustment knob. As far as worth it... Yes, I believe they are. This Jeep rides much better than my previous JK with a Teraflex 3 inch lift and Fox 2.0 shocks.

Anyone else with the lift? I think this seems to be one of the best highest end options.

I have the stage 4 with king shocks. Love the set up, rides great. Don't know what the overall lift is though, it may have sagged a bit.

I did have an issue with the front springs bowing. I did not originally install the spring isolators. You should def do that on the initial install, it's about a $40 part and no extra labor if installed when you do the lift.

I have the stage 2 and it’s been great. I do notice I have bowing in the front springs as well.
