I've been searching as well, but no luck so far. Apparently there are 3 different mounting brackets for the fog lights depending on if you have a Sport, Sahara/Rubicon or a steel bumper. Ridiculous. Someone at some point has to make a bracket to fit halogen lights onto LED bumpers but I have yet to find one. At this point the $800 for the factory LED upgrade was looking like a good idea. But hindsight is 20/20.

My goal is to 3D print one but I’m still trying to dial in my printer. It will be a bit before I can fiddle with it but I’ll let y’all know if anything comes of it.

Found a pair of brackets in Farm and Fleet that fit perfect
Brackets are attached to the frame, not the bumper.

I bought them at one of the stores. I’m sure you can order on line. Blains farm and fleet. I’ll send a close up picture when I get home on Saturday. That’s all I had on my phone.

Is the plastic piece between the bumper and grille still there?

Did you buy the mounts alone or light come with? If mount only, what size lightbar and measurement between brackets?

Did you install dedicated switch or use factory aux switches?

Thanks

There is a similar thread on this forum (somewhere). I drilled through the plastic and into the metal part of the bumper. Then via the use of longer fully threaded bolts, 3 nuts and 3 washers I was able to clamp the brackets to the plastic but actually support from the metal bumper by clamping to it with nuts both top and bottom.

It looks like the mount he used bolted directly to the frame using existing holes and hardware. Don't think he drilled into bumper looking at the pics he provided, only some minor trimming of plastic for vertical part of mount.

The plastic piece is not there. It could be by trimming a slot. Haven’t gotten around to it.
The light bar is standard 30”.
The brackets were bought in the hardware section for $2.75 a piece.
I used one of the auxiliary switches that came with the car. Saved the reley and switch that came with the light. Wiring was a piece of cake.
The brackets are overkill, they won’t move, and like you said I used the bolts already in the frame. No drilling, no extra bolts.
