This part just came in a box from Jeep. No idea what it is. Didn’t order it.

Some type of handle?

Window tie down?? (I don’t think it is that as it is metal)

I don’t think it is the soft top bag

I don't know, that'd be cool, but the bottom of the metal makes me wonder how you'd get it through the hinges. Maybe a windshield tie down?

I ordered mine in December and took delivery on February 7th. Maybe they are shipping them out in order of JL delivery?

This is my 3rd wrangler as I have had a TJ, JK and now JL, but this is the first time I have gone with the windshield down.
