All the comments I've read by owners of painted white tops seem to love them. I can imagine why. The temperature diffrence has to be like 30-40F difference. You might want to consider having your's painted or put a full coverage roof rack on it.

Ehhh, honestly my JK and JL with black tops really weren't that hot on the interior here in the Houston sun. Has more to do with the heat/UV blocking of the tint in my experience. It'll be cooler with a white top, but nothing drastic like 30-40 degrees.
