Yes, there are several posts where people are getting soft tops in the back in a box and they only ordered the hard top. And looks like some aren't getting the fuel doors on their Sarahas and Rubicons and it is supposed to be standard.

Wow free softop that's a bonus lol. The Sahara dont get the gas doors I tried and at the time only Rubis co.e with option.

I definitely did not get a free soft top, or anything for that matter, but that would have been awesome.

According to this thread, the fuel door is supposed to be standard on Saraha and Rubicon (it has references to the brochure that says it is included) and some are reporting their Sarahas did have the fuel door on it - https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/sahara-jlu-fuel-cap-door.2620/

I know when I built mine it had option to add for free but when my dealer went to order the car he called me saying it was blocking the order from being submitted, but he did say when they made a Rubi it went through. So I said forget about it. This was January 27th.

The fuel door has never been standard equipment on a Wrangler, regardless of the trim.

I stand corrected. That has to be relatively new, though. When I was hunting around for my Rubicon, I saw JL Sahara's without the fuel door.

Maybe, maybe not. When I picked ourJLUS up on 4/3 all other Saharas lacked the fuel door. I mentioned it after the sale and not even the dealer knew if that was standard or not. He didn’t even realize that some had it or not until I pointed it out.
