I had the 2014 v6 jku. Currently, In the market for a new one. I test drove both the v6 and 2L turbo last week one after the other. The salesman let me give both of them the beans :)
My impression was the 2L turbo was much more fun to drive by a clear margin. Only immediate downside was the 2L sound wasnt impressive. With that said It was an easy decision for me. I just ordered the turbo.

For all those with 2020's.

Any wandering on speeds above 60mph on highway?

Any steering issues?
yup i bought a 2020 2.0 Rubi and while driving on the freeway theres alot of wander. Plus i lifted it and put on 22x12 35s so even worse. Im going to install the synergy track bar brace, tie rod bar, drag link and the track bar which i heard is best for the wander plus its alot more sturdy then stock. Will see once its installed but synergy has a big back order on those parts. High demand right now.

I was wondering if anyone with a 18 or 19 2.0 and driven a 2020 2.0. Wondering how it feels with the change in 2020.

Agree Ricky. When driving my 5 series, I could shave and eat breakfast. Now with my 2020 JLU Rubicon, it is two hands on wheel and dare NOT look down at radio or anything.... But I knew that going in. Also agree with the tire pressure. Dropped it yesterday from 43 to 36 and major positive feel difference.
My 2020 V/6 JLUR with white lettered BFG KO2's drives very nicely without any issues. Could it be the white lettered option?

I test drove a 2019 and ordered a 2020. I didn't notice ANY difference whatsoever with exception of the eTorque (19 had it, 20 does not). And even that wasn't all that noticeable, with the exception of maybe the off the line torque and the quieter start/stop. Performance was about identical.

I got mine up to 100, no issues at all. In fact, I didn’t want to back off of the gas.

I have a 2019 JLUR 2.0l with the BSG, Wife has the exact same 2020 wo/BSG.. The only two differences are that she has Falkens which rumble a bit at parking lot speeds and you can hear the engine restart with the ESS.
For mileage, use Top Tier fuel and you'll gain a couple of MPG, don't bother with high test.. Calculated MPG for me with all highway and keeping it around 65 is 19.5 over 20k+ miles. The MPG gage is HIGHLY optimistic..

My 2020 Willy's JLU with the 2.0L is very smooth, and even at 70, its still very smooth. No steering issues either. I'm impressed with the 2.0L and I've been averaging 23.8 mpg over the last 2800 miles in the Seattle area with approx 60-70% highway driving.

I've had my 2020 unlimited with 35" BFG and 2 inch lift for a few weeks. I gotta admit, way more work driving than I'd like. Its my daily commuter. I need a solution to make this more driveable. Issues include a rough ride (I know what I bought but getting thrown around by every bump over mph 50, is more than Ideal) and little too much play in steering.

I have a new 2020 Unlimited Rubicon Recon and have used the term wandering, but the more I drive it I would say it is not wandering so much as just very reactive to steering wheel movement.
