I wasn't sold on the Gladiator until I drove this one. My wife hates the truck look but I love it. Have to work on wearing her down. My JL is awesome but the JT is where I'd like to end up

No, this was in Virginia - Browns Jeep in Sterling
I wish the made JL in that sand. Really love the color in person. Have you seen a 'gator' (think that is the green) in person?

I'll probably trade my 2 door Rubi in on a JT Oct 2021, when my wife has to turn in her Grand Cherokee lease. I wasn't sold on them at first but I'm digging them more and more lately.

My JT kept up with both a built-up 4Runner and a lifted JK on the trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. So I'm very satisfied.

im kind of torn. need to go test drive one. i need back seats for the kids. id really love to be able to throw the bikes in the back and tow a decent camping trailer, but i also dont like how loooong the wheelbase is. easier to get high centered while off roading and more pita to park in parking lots.

also the convertible top looks terrible when pushed back. better to just remove it, whereas the wrangler looks ok with the soft top down.

As cool as the Gladiator is, it's in a completely different market segment. If someone needed a pickup truck with a bed, why in the world would they buy a JL instead?
amen, this is why I'm in the Rubicon Mojito JL and not a max tow gator,,,

I love the look, tow capacity, storage, truck bed AND the ability to ride topless. My lease is up in a year and a half, but my wife HATES the look of it. Plus, I live in the city with no garage and street parking so with the size of it, it's a no go. But I would rock the JT like theres no tomorrow. (Dreaming of all the summer tailgating possibilities......).

I looked at them when I was shopping for my Wrangler. I liked them but I like the Wrangler better. I used to have pickups, back when a pickup meant a single cab and 8 foot bed. Now I have a Jeep and a utility trailer. The bed on the JT isn't big enough to haul firewood or bring lumber home for projects, so it just adds length for nothing for my purposes. It's great for a lot of folks, just not for me.

jts look weird without 35” and up tires. I skipped the JL because I’ve always know the diesel JT was for me.
