Curious if anyone knows the weight of the 60s?
I’m not sure, I remember trying to get an idea when I was doing it and had difficulty finding a number..

I believe the UD60's are 68.5" wide to match the stock width. My Dynatrac axles are 72.5" wide. I'm running a 10" wide wheel with 4.5" back spacing.

And it's Dookey. LOL
Dynatrac offers two widths 68 and 72 (they may add a 1/2 inch on both??). I think they will do custom as well. UD offers only a 72, and I dont believe they will do custom.

May want to check your math on that one.

MUCH better post. I've only seen them with 72.5 on the sites I've been. This is good news since 69 is way more appropriate.

I run 72.5" wide axles. :like:

I haven't looked into it. Struggling with motivation. I hard wired my lockers to the factory accessory switches so they work. I'm selling my stock axles and so far everyone has asked if they can have the stock locker switches with them. So I may yank them out and put the stock hole in there.
Did you bypass the relay in the wiring kit and just run the 2 wires from the differential directly to the switch and ground?

Then what does the relay do. The circuit is only 15 amps.

Which relay? The one that comes with the locker?

That relay is in case you want to wire your own switch. Since the Jeep has its own relay and switch setup you don't run both.

IIRC, the locker only pulls 12 amps.

Yes, the Dynatrac wiring. I'm looking at the main harness to the differential. Relay has 2 white, 2 black, red and yellow wires going in. Schematic shows a suppression device in that harness. Seems a lot going on just to turn the locker on and off. It doesn't look like that's for wiring another switch. That's why I asked if you just ran some heavy gauge wire from the 2 wires of the locker to a positive on the switch and ground and bypass all this wiring without any problems.

That's what I did. The harness that comes with the locker has all those wires but the Jeep does too. You just don't see it.

Wiring it to the Jeep relay and switch has worked like it should every time I've asked it to work. :)

Thanks for the insight. I thought you could not use the Jeep Rubicon locker switches on the Dynatracs.
