Anybody running these really unique aftermarket sequential LED Tail lights by CJ Off-Road?

Looks like I’m going to have to get the tazer cause the left running light just went out today. Also saw a left turn signal led out thing on my dash. Thought maybe the left switchback resistor wasn’t contacting so I hardwired it instead of using the clip but it’s still out ‍‍‍

I also tried swapping the taillights, but the driver side running light is still out.

Are factory leds required to have these work currently? I've seen many conflicting posts on whether the product was any good or not so was curious if having the led package made a difference.

These are designed to replace factory halogens. No flash, Tazer or Superchips is required. They are literally plug and play

No, I’m thinking maybe it’s my fender switchback led causing driver side issues, because I’m still getting hyper flash on my dash for the left turn signal

No Sir. These have no options and the programmer I have (Superchips) does nothing to affect the flash.
I checked just for fun.

Im running them the only tbing i would add is there are some non waterproof plugs on there and they do corrode i removed them and hard spliced the wiring other than that no issues

Yea me to same thing been trying to see if I need a different style wiring to run them but no luck had them replaced once already and same thing happened

Aren't the new JL's can-bus style wiring? Not my expertise, but could this be different enough that you just can't feed them straight 12v if they are designed for the JL? Caused them to not work right off and having to wait before they came back on....

Sequential tail lights belong on 60’s Mercury Cougars, 60’s Ford Thunderbirds and 60’s Shelby GT 350/500’s only. Nothing else

they look almost identical to the renegade series by Winjet.
although I can't speak for these, with the Winjet that I installed on my daughter's sport S, even smoked, they are hella bright, and the LED backup lights are a bit brighter than the stock LED backup lights
