Anybody know where this electrical piece came from?

Found this electrical cover piece underneath the drivers seat. Anybody have any idea where it belongs? I cannot seem to figure it out! Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

It's a dummy plug. You can toss it in a box in the garage and not worry at all.
