I have owned my new 4xe for exactly 26 days. The 2nd day we had the car we left on a road trip from Ohio to Texas.
On the way to Texas we experienced the dash and touch screen going black and the emergency break light would not go off even after releasing the brake. We stopped by a dealer in Texas and they tested codes. I was told the radio needed replacing and the brake light was actually something with the abs components.
The service department has had myjeep over a week now. The code that showed up, they have never seen.??. They called the Chrysler engineers to get involved. Long story short, the parts won’t be available until August 30th!!!! That’s way over a month I won’t have my car. Summer will be about over and I’m not enjoying my new ride nor do I even know it will be repaired. Anyone have a similar issue??
