Any feedback about Redline Lumtronix LED Headlight Bulb H13

CJ Pony parts has these bulbs and demos the install. Looks pretty straight forward. Any experience with these?

Is there an orientation that these bulbs need to go in. I installed them and it seems that both sides reflect light to the right internally in the hosing.

My opinion of them is bad. Just put them in, but will be taking them out and trying to return. My stock halogens were brighter than these bulbs.
