I agree with you--too late in process to pony up for JG

...call me 'too much time on my hands' ... resistance was futile ... now in lvl4 j.garage ... pm'd to be added to tracker... will share update soon(?)

OK folks, believe it or not , Jeep is ahead of crypto--at least in my case. I went to "Contact Jeep" and on left side under "Your Vehicle", click on "Equipment Listing". Enter your VIN and boom--got a build sheet!

I believe it. I think they're building them faster than their own systems, ie Jeep chat, can keep track. Seems like it the past week anyway.

Hey, @Chicago or anyone else in the thread, have you heard anything about compensation for the delay in shipping our orders. Since mine is supposed to be here next week, if they are going to do something, it needs to be now. I'm guessing no one has heard anything or it would already be posted.

Did you tell them you found the build on JG?

It's another Jeep forum called Jeep Garage. If you become a premium member for I think it was $30 for a year you can access their order tracking service - it's more accurate and up-to-date then crypto - I joined because I wanted to get daily information on my build

Please stop discussing JG with FCA, and try to be a little more discreet on this public forum. Until relatively recently, forum etiquette was to not even mention JG's existence outside of PM. It's since changed a bit, because several newer members provided their info after JLWF tracking was shut down by FCA. It was so bad that JG temporarily shut down tracking due to the flood of new members.

FCA obviously monitors JLWF, and started to crack down around the time of the fires. Although the tracking on JG is not the same system as the one dealers have acces to - the one we used to have access to here - FCA certainly has the power to shut it down if enough customers complain, though not as effortlessly.

I know other members have asked you to cut out the JG portion of your lengthy letter to FCA, and probably could have phrased the request a little more politely. I understand you can do and say whatever you like. But I'm hoping you'll agree that it's more likely to get the service shut down, which effects all of us, and unlikely to expedite delivery of your Jeep.

I believe the JG tracking is the infamous "second system" FCA reps will check over the phone. According to JG, I've been D1 since 4/28, though I know I've been back to D1 recently, and now have a build date of 8/6. It's my understanding that the system JG uses is inaccurate from D1 until the build is complete, but very accurate from that point on.

Update: Dealer called, my JLU Rubicon 2.0 is built and awaiting shipment. He gave me some scheduling ideas, indicated it should be at the dealer and ready for pickup with the next couple of weeks.

Interestingly, Crypto hasn't picked it up yet - shows "NOT FOUND", but if I click on the not found link it shows my sheets.

dealership (Parts) said the part was canceled. Was suppose to be out in Aug and now not coming out (allegedly)
