It did when I ordered my 2020, BUT if you order a manual you get the D44 rear without the anti-slip upgrade. At least what it was when I ordered my 20, ymmvDoes ordering the Anti-Spin differential on a JL Sport upgrade the axle to a Dana 44?
Why? The Jeep LSD is garbage.I wish the Rubicons D44 had the anti-spin AND locker ability like my truck.
Ah, is it a clutch type? The AAM lsd in my truck is a helical type (no clutch packs). Why? The Jeep LSD is garbage.
Yeah it’s pretty much the worst unit ever made. Guys are wearing them out in 10k miles.Ah, is it a clutch type? The AAM lsd in my truck is a helical type (no clutch packs).
Have you actually tested it? Most don't know when it has worn out as BLD is pretty effective.25k miles on my LSD with 35’s and still going strong.
Do you have to open up the differential to check or is there a different way? I also have an LSD.Just checked it this past weekend. Check it every 5k miles when I rotate my tires. Soon as I see it’s shot it’ll be getting replaced under warranty.
Turn traction control off on a dirt road. Floor it. You should see one track then two and that lets you know it’s working. When I had the stock tires on I would do it on the end of a dirt road onto pavement but I’m not trying that on 35’s. I’ve had my wife floor it while I was standing far enough away as well to make sure the other tire kicked in.Do you have to open up the differential to check or is there a different way? I also have an LSD.
