@JeepCares , I scheduled a Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation at Normandin Jeep in San Jose CA. First they tell me the Jeep Wave allowance isn't enough and I need to pay an additional $50. I called Jeep Wave, they called the dealer and worked something out (not sure exactly what, but I didn't pay anything). I told the service adviser the following:
1) Five tire rotation. The spare is already removed from the carrier and in the back of Jeep (make it easy for them since I have an aftermarket bumper/carrier).
2) 35 psi in the tires. Don't fill them to the door tag 39 psi.
3) Five quarts of 0W-20 synthetic oil.
Here's what I got:
1) Four tire rotation. Spare wasn't touched, it was still sitting in the back of the Jeep.
2) 39 psi in all four tires.
3) Six quarts of synthetic blend with no other specification. I checked the oil level and it was over filled.
Anybody know a good dealer in the SF bay area? I really liked Fremont, but their service manager and much of the team recently left. I'm not sure how they are now.
