Here's the one I use, it's magsafe compatible. I also got a magsafe ring attached to the back of my case and it works fine on any charger, my case isn't as thick as an otter though so you might need to research if the extra thickness can cause any issues.

Goes on the outside of your case (the back side).

Yes, I use it with a Samsung S21+.

Last questions (I think lol) will it stick good to the rubbery case of a OtterBox? And does it fast charge or just standard charge? I have a note 20 ultra.

I honestly don't know, but the ring is pretty sticky and sticks really well to my clear rubber case. Yes, the charger fast charges.

My only concern for you would be wirelessly charging w/ a thick otter case. If you can currently wireless charge with the case without issue then you will likely be good as the ring only adds a mm.

I have the AAwireless in my JLUR. I got lucky ordering it early. Looks like they have some big delays now trying to get parts.
Works well as long as you use the start stop feature to turn it off when the Jeep shuts off.
Downside is having two phones connected to it. By myself works great, my partner by herself works great. Both of us in the Jeep, forget it. Just fights itself, turning on and off, switching between phones.

Did you have any issues getting it to connect initially? I just received mine on the 4th of march. It goes through all of the setup procedures, but when it get to the select android auto on your radio screen part I get nothing. I have the 7" touchscreen, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks
