Rhine, lemme ask you...do you see AA locking up on the jeep dash screen? AA is not locked up on the phone, it's functional, but the dash display flat locks up, quite regularly, and I have to unplug and replug to get it going again. I think it's the jeep firmware but there is no update.
Looking for feedback...thanks!
BTW, it's always done this since day one using AA...quite annoying.

I have the 8.4 radio with most current update.. NO, I never ever see or have seen that behavior.

Post all your Android Auto settings so I can see. May be a setting related thing.

Model year of JL would not make a difference..

What Smartphone are you using?

In regard to my Android Auto settings, the only thing I have different is I have set to ALWAYS
in regard to Start Android Auto automatically.

Be sure with each and every app that is associated with Android Auto and also in regard to Android Auto, that you have under Battery settings, UNRESTRICTED selected.

Also, do make a habit of occasionally, clearing cache on Android Auto and with apps associated with Android Auto.

S23 Ultra in the mix could be the issue.

I used to have an S23 and now / for the last few days have an S24. No problems AA wise with either.

Nothing worked...it was still locking up so...I blew off AA and reloaded, cleared cache and data and did a full reset on the AA wireless. So far it has worked for 30 minutes...I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Remember to routinely, clear caches of Maps, Waze, Android Auto, Google Play Services ... in apps you see displayed in your Android Auto launcher...
