I'd like to run Rocky Gap sometime. I gave some thought to trying to hook up with blnewt, but I have the duty of cooking the turkey for Thanksgiving. My wife would never forgive me for abandoning her in the kitchen the day before. So, maybe after Thanksgiving and before Christmas I'll try to get there. I'm retired, so most weekdays work for me better than weekends, just due to traffic and I like fewer people in the boondocks.

Did ya do all the washes or did you take the bypasses? Funny, trail is about 10 miles from my house, been over it a bunch of times and only recently found out it's a badge trail. Just went over it, I skip the 4th wash. Have to go again so I can get a freebie!
I did most of them. Had to use a couple of the bypasses because I'm still running stock.

Now that you got that badge… want to come to Mob with me next spring when I get my first Jeep??
I would love to! Gotta find the time to get back out there.

So cool!

All you dudes on here talking shit, you know who you are, you should be kinder. If one of you “men” posted that badge the rest of you would have been gobbling all over the dude.

And if you don’t have something nice to say… shut the f*# up!

Keep on keepin on @IrishJeeper! See you on the trails!
Um... who exactly are you referring to? Maybe quotes would help...?

I have seen the badges on Jeeps locally and of course here. Obviously, you have to run the trail to earn the badge.
But who is the governing body that issues the badges? Where do the actual badges come from and how do you prove you have actually ran the trail?

Jeep is the governing body and provides the badges.

You check in on the app at the trailhead and your phone’s GPS confirms location and you get credit for the trail. True, you don’t actually have to run the trail to get the badge but that’s why it’s called Badge of Honor.
